What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal therapy is an ancient form of healing which consists of
placing crystals on and around the body to induce deep
relaxation, release stress and pain and promote energy balance
within the physical and subtle bodies. Crystals may be placed on
sites of pain, acupuncture points, meridians, or on subtle
energy vortexes called chakras. (Clients remain fully clothed,
only removing shoes and jewellery). |

Why choose Crystal Therapy?
The people from ancient cultures knew and understood that beyond
its physical form, the human body has a pulsating, dynamic field
of energy called the aura. Auric damage can be caused by
negative thought patterns, environmental pollutants, trauma, bad
dietary habits, addictive substances or even stress and poor
breathing techniques. Auric damage can affect your overall
energy levels physically, mentally or spiritually. But with the
correct use and placement of crystals this can be healed.

How do crystals work?
Crystals have the ability to hold and emit energy vibrations
which is why quartz crystal is used in most watches today to
regulate time. When a crystal is put into a watch, the battery
sends a constant charge through the crystal. The crystal absorbs
the charge and then releases it at such a precise rate it is
used to make the watch keep perfect time. The vibrational energy
emitted from crystals and minerals (piezoelectric charge) is
thought to resonate with the magnetic/electrical field of the
human body. This crystalline energy
helps to promote the natural flow of energy in and around the
body bringing balance and harmony. This stimulates the body’s
own natural healing mechanism. When the energy is flowing well
in a person they enjoy good health.
During the crystal therapy session, clients listen to a
visualization technique which helps to enhance their experience.

Please note: Crystal therapy
is not a substitute for conventional medicine. It is a very
powerful yet gentle healing system which helps to support and
enhance other forms of treatment. It should not be regarded as a
cure for any conditions. Also, healing and curing are very
different concepts. To cure is to erase symptoms and to heal is
to create positive change within a person.
